Return & Exchange
Each piece from Ranjari Jewels is crafted with precision and undergoes a double quality check before dispatch. We value hygiene, exclusivity, and authenticity — hence we maintain a strict no return/no exchange policy.
However, in the rare instance of damage during transit:
Eligibility: Only damaged/defective products are eligible for exchange.
Proof Requirement: A 360° uncut unboxing video is mandatory to initiate the exchange process.
Timeframe: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with proof.
Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.
