Welcome to Ranjari Jewels. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All orders are processed only after full payment is received. We accept secure online payments through our payment partners, and at present, we do not offer Cash on Delivery unless specifically mentioned. Once an order is placed, it will be shipped within the specified time mentioned on the product page. We strive to deliver promptly, but delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events are beyond our control. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

We ensure that every product is described and photographed accurately. However, due to variations in lighting and screen resolution, slight differences in color or design may occur. All product sizes and specifications are clearly mentioned, and customers are encouraged to review them carefully before ordering.

Our return, refund, and exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged or incorrect. To be eligible, customers must provide a 360-degree uncut parcel opening video from the moment of opening the sealed package. This video acts as proof and must be sent to us within 48 hours of delivery. Without this video, requests cannot be processed.

All jewellery from Ranjari Jewels is intended for personal use and should be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage caused due to mishandling, exposure to chemicals, or improper storage.

Ranjari Jewels reserves the right to change product prices, descriptions, or policies at any time without prior notice. By shopping with us, you accept these terms. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamilnadu.
